All rights reserved.

I like to make things as clear and simple as possible so here is how copyright applies to this web site. If you are in any doubt, please email me at robin@lenscraft.co.uk and I will be very happy to answer your questions.

The materials found on this site (including but not limited to articles, images, Screen Savers and designs) may be freely copied and distributed, on condition that copyright is fully and clearly acknowledged. This means adding a copyright notice showing Robin Whalley as holder of the copyright and provide a link to the Lenscraft web site. An acceptable notice would be "© Robin Whalley, www.lenscraft.co.uk".

The above statement does not apply to any "paid for" material which you may have purchased from me (e.g. prints, images for commercial purposes or training guides). Paid for materials may not be copied, except for your personal use and may not be passed on to another individual or organisation.

In all cases the copyright remains with Robin Whalley and will not pass to another individual or organisation.

The materials on this site may not be published, sold or used for the purpose of financial gain. The information or images on this site must not be changed in any way unless by prior written permission.

If you would like to use the materials for a commercial or charitable purposes please contact me at the email above.

Terms of Use

Privacy of information is very important to me so here are a few simple rules by which I operate this site and to which you are agreeing:

  • Membership is granted to individuals for their personal use
  • If you are a charity and would like access, please contact me first
  • You can download and access as many of the materials as you like but the copyright remains with me
  • Please don't try to pass off any of the work (images or written) as your own - I have seen it done and I do take action
  • I am happy for you to redistribute my work providing full credit is given to myself (Robin Whalley) and a clear reference is made back to the Lenscraft site
  • You must not seek to benefit financial directly from the materials provided. Basically you cant sell anything you download but if the downloads improve your work and you profit from this, there is no issue
  • I will not pass on your details to anyone else, even if you make a written request. This may appear harsh but it avoids any possible misunderstanding or scams. You have signed up for access and I respect the information you provide just as I am requesting you respect mine.
  • I will use your email address to distribute a newsletter to you in PDF format. I don't want to flood you with information that you might not want.
  • I may have cause to contact site members from time to, but again I don't want to flood you with worthless information so I will restrict this.
  • If you want to be removed as a member of the site please send an email to admin@lenscraft.co.uk together with your details and I will be happy to oblige. It benefits no one to send information that is not requested.

If you have any questions then feel free to email me
